If you’re not sure what version of the
programme you are using, you can find out like this:
-
Open the programme
-
Click on the Help menu at the top of the screen
(You may need to double-click on the menu to list all the items)

Find the line that begins
About... and click on it
-
A box will open on screen, which states the version of the software on the first line
If you do not have the software installed, please enquire from your IT department or software supplier what version you will be using.
