Terms & Conditions

 

Bua Training wants to make life as easy as possible for our customers.

We accept bookings from our clients on a good-faith basis, and ask that you observe the following conditions:

Bookings

  • Bookings from incorporated bodies, state bodies, and existing clients in Ireland will be accepted, and will be invoiced in arrears
  • Invoices will be sent in a standard business format
  • Bookings from individuals and from overseas clients will be accepted on the understanding that payment will be made before the training course begins

Payment

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a body making a booking accepts that they will make full payment within 30 days from date of invoice
  • Late payments will incur interest at a rate of ECB plus 7%, in accordance with the Late Payments in Commercial Transactions Regulations (2002)
  • An up-to-date statement of account is available on request

Training course

  • Attendees on training courses accept that active participation is necessary for successful training;
  • Attendees on training courses agree not to unreasonably obstruct the learning of others
  • Our public training courses have a maximum of eight trainees per course, unless otherwise stated
  • Requirements for onsite training rooms are listed here

No show

  • Where a client fails to attend a course, full payment will be due

Cancellations

  • If, for any reason, a client is unable to attend a course that they have booked, they will inform Bua Training as soon as is reasonably possible
  • If  a client cancels a course booking before the late cancellation period, no invoice will be issued
  • If a client cancels a course booking during the late cancellation period, full payment will be due
  • In the event of a late cancellation, if the client's account is not currently or persistently in arrears and at the sole discretion of Bua Training, the client may be offered an alternative course at a reduced fee

Late cancellation period

  • The late cancellation period will normally be three full working days before the course begins
  • If the client has not supplied the names of all the trainees to Bua Training, the late cancellation period will be ten full working days before the course begins

Changes

  • Bua Training may update these terms from time to time to ensure the orderly conduct of training courses
