We're here to help
People who complete our training courses are entitled to 12 months
post-course support - if you have a question about anything covered in your
training course. When availing of this support, please bear in mind the
following:
- For support, your first
point of contact should be our general email address
info@buatraining.com
- Please include (i) full
details of your query (ii) any files that are associated with your query
(iii) your full contact details including direct phone line or extension
- Remember your original
tutor may be training a different course, so your query may be passed to
another tutor to answer
- We operate a fair-use
policy on support - we don't set a limit on the amount of support
we offer, but we may advise an individual or organisation of other
options if their requirements fall outside the norm for post-training
support
- We can only advise you
on areas within the competence of the training course that you have
completed
- Support is not
available to clients whose account is currently or persistently in
arrears
- We cannot advise you on
technical problems with your computer
- It is your
responsibility to make sure that you have a backup copy of all your
important files
- No advice we give can
be taken as giving you permission to violate your organisation's IT policy
- in all instances you should check with your IT department if you are
in any doubt
- Bua Training may update
these terms from time to time to ensure the orderly conduct of training
courses and post-training support
