This course is for people who need to use Unix as a data-processing platform or those who support Unix-based applications and users.

No existing knowledge of Unix is assumed, but a good working knowledge of other PC operating systems is preferable, as many concepts are similar.

This course can be taught on your site using any version of UNIX. When the course is taught in Bua's training centre we will use Sun Solaris or Open BSD.
